Wow, the dramatic overhaul is finally done... and available for sale. This is the historic 'Walters Home' -- we'll hope to get some inside photos sometime soon.
Btw, neighbors... the property owner has put out the word... he'd like to have new owners be people that we'd all want there... so he's encouraging us all to help him find the new buyer... and will pay a $500 finders-fee. It's win-win.

Personally, I love it -- I can be on I-465 in 8 minutes. As you can see, we have readi-access to Route 31 and all the Clay Terrace coffee-shops, stores and restaurants.
